Senior Assistants Wanted
Scoresby Football Netball Club affiliated in Division 3 of the Eastern Football League (EFNL) is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Senior Assistant Coach for season 2022.
Applicants will possess strong leadership and excellent communication skills & have the ability to work with our club coaching panel, headed by senior coach Kristian Bardsley
Applicants should be able to display the following:
• A disciplined, organised & structured approach to both training sessions and games
• Be a strong educator who places significant value on both playing & personal development – off field behaviours will be measured together with on field success
• A genuine commitment to work in unison with the club coaching panel with the aim of providing the playing group a clear pathway to senior football
• Ability to consistently display behaviour in line with the club’s established family-based culture
• Previous coaching & senior playing experience would be advantageous & / or desirable
• Level 1 AFL Victoria coaching accreditation (or willing to attain)
Remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant
